The only difference that we seem to have is the version of mcal.  I'm using old
mcaldrivers-0.8.tar.gz and libmcal-0.6.tar.gz, actually I didn't even know there
was a cvs tree, thank god (smile).  Maybe you should try them.  I have no idea
what advantages/features/bugs the cvs version brings.
