[kronolith] Bug in SQL driver

There's an easy-to-reproduce problem in the SQL driver:

- Create a blank test event, starting on a Friday (just click on the add link
  from any friday in the month view, for example).
- Set it to recur every Wednesday.

It will show up on the event_start date (that first Friday), even though it
is only supposed to recur on Wednesdays.
