Based on the above shouldn't the CalFBURL be:

calFBURL: 
http://linuxserver/horde/kronolith/fb.php?c=Administrator@azapple.com

rather than

calFBURL: http://linuxserver/horde/kronolith/fb.php?c=Administrator
