[kronolith] CalDAV not working with iCal and IOS 6

Hi all,

After further configuring, I can add CalDAV into iOS and iCal by manually giving the server path.

However, there is simply no calendar shown in iCal and there is only one calendar in iOS without any calendar event.

I have two self-owned calendars in horde side.
