[kronolith] Kronolith does not display calendar data

In the prefs backend that you configured Horde to use. Default values
are from kronolith/config/prefs[.local].php

"No timezone entry is saved in the database" means that Kronolith uses
the user's default timezone.
Cannot reproduce.
