1) "Touchdown for Smartphones" (not free) - able to sync  
Mail/Calendar/Contacts/Notes/Tasks over ActiveSync. You can select  
only those collections you want to sync.

2) "Tasks and Notes" (Free, IIRC): Syncs like it says, Tasks and Notes  
only over ActiveSync. Requires at least Horde 5.1.0.

Both are in the Android Play store.
