		time to build new server/php etc; and, may need other
		CVS updates in other non-related Pear changes

	o With the moving target API(s) here and yonder, it might
		mean an if and a whatever, but grandfathering a
		little might be useful, even though there will be slight
		code bloat in Pear interface areas of code at least.
