[sork] passwd-2.2 + poppassd-ceti-1.8.3 = password did not change

try adding 

poppassd        106/tcp         poppassd
poppassd        106/udp         poppassd

You will also probably need an entry/file in /etc/xinetd.d or /etc/inted.d,
depneding on the OS.
