[sork] passwd-2.2 + poppassd-ceti-1.8.3 = password did not change

Those 2 lines should be addes to /etc/services. Also based on the linux version,
which I missed the first time - you will have to add a file called poppasswd in
/etc/xinetd.d whic will look something like this:

service poppassd

        wait                    = no
        user                    = root
        server                  = /usr/local/bin/poppassd
        log_on_success          += USERID
        log_on_failure          += USERID
