[sync] Introduction & Plans to use Horde's SyncML in another project

That would be great. You're probably going to want to take the  
SyncML_Backend class and actually add a factory method to it so that  
you can use your own, instead of Horde's. The intention of the class  
is that all the Horde (or whatever)-specific stuff goes inside the  
Backend interface.
