[sync] SyncML update: Fixes for wbxml and Nokia phones

I've updated via CVS and updated the pear packages, but none of my 
phones (T630 & V600i) can authenticate:

Is the username & password encoded into Cred tags towards the end of 
syncml_client_10.(wb)xml, is this hashed in any way or should I be able 
to decode it out to my username & password?
It's syncml:auth-basic according to the format tag.
