[sync] Sync with Nokia N80 phone

Hi Andy,

it looks like we're pretty close to getting it done with nokia phones as 
well.

The server seems to ignore the map data sent by the client. The map is 
required for subsequent replces to success. If the map is missing the 
replaces will result in adds instead. That's what's going wrong here.

I put some additional logging into cvs to see if the map is set up 
correctly.

Can you try again to add an entry in horde, then do a sync, then edit 
the entry in the phone and then sync again?

I'd like to see the logs for that.
