[sync] Syncing P990i

Hi Jamie,

Just had a look and I do have the DB.php and DB directories in my
/usr/share/php directory.  I can find lots of references to DB_Error in the
comments in the DB.php file but I don't really know what I'm looking for as
I don't know PHP.
