[sync] Windows 10 Mail Client Errors

Mike,

I have had to remove the whole provisioning section from the  
permissions to be able to get the warning to disappear.  As soon as I  
put it back in with anything other than "disable" then the warning  
comes back.

This is on the latest builds of windows 10 which is likely to be very  
close to the anniversary edition that will be released so I suspect  
this is going to affect quite a few people.

Is there any more that I can do to debug this?
