[turba] inconsistant address expansion while sending mail using turba entries

True... but Pine makes entries like this in addressbooks all of the time (when
you "take" an address - equivalent to the "add address" icon IMP displays in
message.php if there's an addressbook that the user can add entries to).
Mulberry doesn't stop you from doing it if you want to.

Admittedly, someone entering an addressbook entry in any of the mentioned mail
programs probably wouldn't format the email address that way, but it's likely
that users will encounter this if they use the IMPORT_PINE and IMPORT_MULBERRY
stuff that I put together, or IMPORT_VCARD (depending on the program that
created the vCard that's being imported).
