[turba] Feature removed from Turba 1.1 ?

I was also surprised that this feature dissappeared.

In the absence of Groups it can server a very useful purpose by using a 
contact field to produce group like search results.

It would be even better if we had a toggle all "to:" fields to on widget.

What is the status of the Groups in HEAD now anyway.
