IIRC, the case sensitivity is between sources.php and attributes.php and
not ldap.  If you capitalize in both, it should work.

The horde admin can add that from the configuration -> Address book (turba)
Select any applications that should be linked in Turba's menu.

Hmmm.  I never use browse and I just found that I get a blank screen :-(
with cvs from today.  Now I have some work to do :-)  I can't check.

I've had issues with importing and exporting because of this.  I don't
really know if it uses $ in cvs right now but think that it doesn't.
