[turba] html entities in addressbook entries

I just upgraded a hobby machine from horde 2.1, imp 3.1, turba 1.1 to horde
2.2.4, imp 3.2.2 and turba 1.2.. and now my addressbook email fields are full
of records w/ html entities.

eg.. what should be...

    Liam Hoekenga <liamr at umich.edu>

is 

    Liam Hoekenga &lt;liamr at umich.edu&gt;


tho, in my database, it's stored as the former.  what am i missing?
