[turba] upgrade problems

Hi Howard,
do you see in turba:
- an error ?
- a blank page?

I'm gettin a blank page and Michael is helping me, just keep subscribed
to the list. Or check the archives, I think right now there are 4 people
with a problem that maybe is the same.
