[turba] Sharing address books solved, I think...

It seems that the administrator's address book cannot be shared, at least I 
wasn't able to get it to work.

However, an ordinary user's address book can be shared, by clicking on My 
Address Books and setting the permissions in the dialog boxes provided.

Thanks to all for pointing me in the right direction and assuring me that 
I'm not going nuts!  :-)

Now on to the next one... :-)
