[turba] Help with turba shares

Please disregard this request.  After more searching through the 
archives I found this issue.  You *must* choose options, then add the 
additional address books to be displayed.  I was looking for the 
behavior to be the same as the other apps in that once I have been 
granted permissions, it would show up in the drop down box.
