It didn't exist. I barked up the wrong tree by searching for the id in
pref_scope='turba'.
I finally found it in pref_scope='imp' .
What happened: The user had chosen an address book to enter new addresses.
She deleted the address book later on without changing her choice in the
webmail preferences.
