[turba] Turba / Thunderbird

Hi list

I use the latest version of Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 4.0.8 with  
MySQL as backend and Thunderbird / Lightning. This combination works  
perfectly but I also want to Turba's contacts to be transferred to  
Thunderbird's address book. How do I do that?
