[turba] contact lists do not work with postgresql-db-backend

Hello,

I upgraded my horde-installation from Horde-3.3.13 with Turba-2.3.6 to
Horde-4.0.15 with Turba-3.0.15
My DB-backend is postgresql.

When I access a Contact-list in the Browsing-window, all entries of the
list are missing. In the log the following message appears:
 [turba] PHP ERROR: strlen() expects parameter 1 to be string, resource
given [pid 5622 on line 470 of "/var/www/horde/turba/lib/Driver.php"]

The problem seems to be, that in this file is returned a pointer to the
content of 'object_members' instead of the content of 'object_members'
itself. 'object_members' in table 'turba_objects' is of type 'bytea'.

Do you have any ideas how to solve this?
