Ok... that got me started...

I am really interested in getting whups running for a non-profit org that I
am involved with... but I'd like to know if there is anyone using it in a
production environment.

I'm running into a few problems...

I created a ticket and assigned it to myself. I got the following message
after assigning the ticket:
------------------
Sending mail to 'dan' <>
Subject: [Whups] You have been assigned ticket 2

dan <> has assigned ticket 2 to you.
It is now in the In Process state.

This mail was automatically generated by the Whups request tracking system
(http://horde.org/whups/).
-------------------------------

Notice the lack of email address... therefore I didn't get the notification.
Where should the email address be indicated within whups? I've got several
email addresses indicated in IMP, but I can't find the location to put it in
whups.

:
: Not really any docs yet; you are welcome to create some and contribute
: them. :)
:
: Modules are groups of tickets; different "ticket queues", if you will.
: Types are just kinds of tickets, which have unique states and priorities.
: For instance, a bug report is going to have different states (unconfirmed,
: reproduced, fixed, etc.) from a request to install an air conditioner
: (approved, installed, etc.). Subjects are just a summary line for the
: ticket; you can lock them to a fixed set of items if you want.
:
: That should be a start; feel free to ask more questions and I'll do what I
: can.
