[ansel] Feature Request

[Heath S. Hendrickson]

I'm not seeing the link on Modify Gallery.  What version of what file is 
it in so I can verify that I have the latest and greatest?  I resynced 
my local copy of the entire CVS tree, so I should have the latest file.
