[ansel] Patch for user preference to show EXIF data

Did some minor cleanup and commited. Thanks!

Cleanups included:

true & false shouldn't have quotes (prefs.php.dist).

I had a hard time applying the patch to view.php, but this is the first patch
I've done...could be me.  Fortunately, it was a small patch :)
