[ansel] Problem with sub-galleries and XP-publishing???

Err, it's not quite right.  The galleries have the correct parent->child 
ordering now, but there are two new problems.

1) all the galleries are listed twice
2) for the first listing, the ordering isn't entirely alpabetical.  It 
almost is, but one gallery is out of order.  Oddly, on the second 
listing it is in alphabetical order.

Here's what I get now:
