[ansel] unwanted "browse" on public galleries

Hello again,

Now that I am able to show galleries to guests, I noticed that
there's a "browse" icon in the top navigation bar that doesn't
make much sense IMO.

The browse function leads to the portal page with modules, and
allows you (the anonymous user) to add and reposition modules.
Is that a feature? As far as I can tell only Ansel puts "browse"
in the navigation bar (Wicked doesn't).

Can I disable this? Maybe its possible to get rid of the entire
navigation bar at the top?
